what i had for dinner.

ok, the fruit tart was actually for a farewell dinner for one of the singaporeans who was returning home for good after finishing his master’s program. he basically requested desserts XD;; to be specific, an apple pie, a fruit tart, and cheesecake. thankfully it was potluck and there were like, 16ish people so we had lots of other normal dishes too

who can resist those juicy-looking, cool, sweet, and creamy fruit tarts? fun to make, too. a little tricky though, as are anything with crusts imo. i especially hate transferring the rolled-out dough onto pans. here’s my latest attempt, using an actual tart pan we bought especially!! exciting, isn’t it?
